Classify Records

Record Classification is a key Records Management concept, and common to all jurisdictions and standards. At its heart, classification involves grouping records together against a specific set of criteria, to set a standard for how they should be managed.

Records365 ingests and manages your organization’s File Plan, and as records are submitted to Records365 using its extensive connector framework the appropriate file plan information is applied. Records365 applies this information through either the intelligent Rules engine and or machine learning techniques provided by the Classification Intelligence add-on.
